FurMark is an OpenGL reference tool that uses fur rendering algorithms and puts pressure on GPUs and VRMs to test video card performance.
You can also use the program as a speed test to confirm that the graphics card reaches the desired performance. As soon as the test is complete, you will see the scores and then upload them and compare them with others. if you overclock the graphics card, you can also use FurMark to confirm that it is stable, and if the system lives, then overclocking should not cause you problems with other applications.
Recommendation if you run the FurMark test, check the GPU temperature recording option, it allows you to monitor the effects of overheating and complete the test if the video card is too hot.
FurMark requires an OpenGL 2.0 compliant graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce 6 (and higher), AMD / ATI Radeon 9600 (and higher), Intel HD Graphics 2000/3000 or S3 Graphics Chrome 400 series with the latest graphics drivers.
