Microsoft is about to introduce one of the biggest changes to its taskbar in recent years, with the introduction of a weather and news widget.

Microsoft has just unveiled the new features in the latest version 21286 of Windows 10, and the biggest change concerns the taskbar of the operating system. Microsoft is thus launching a weather widget that is integrated directly into it.

When the user clicks on this widget, it accesses a dynamic news feed that is continuously updated throughout the day. The News section can be customized to display only content that matches what the user is looking for.
With this new widget, powered by about 4,500 different sources, Microsoft hopes you wont have to switch between devices or applications to keep up to date with the latest information.

For now, this new feature is only available to members of the Insider program within the Developer Channel and is currently only available to users in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and India.
