WoeUSB is a Linux tool with which you can create Windows USB sticks from a real Windows DVD or an image. It is a new name for a previous tool called WinUSB.

WoeUSB allows you to create a bootable USB for most modern versions of Windows, including Windows Vista, Windows 7, Window 8 and Windows 10. The tool supports all languages and all versions of Windows, including pro, home, N, 32-bit, etc. It will work with all boot modes, including UEFI.
